PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The carbonate mineral calcite is a calcium carbonate corresponding to the formula CaCO3 and is one of the most widely distributed minerals on the Earth’s surface. Calcite crystals are hexagonal-rhombohedral and show a remarkable variety of habit.
